a week has passed and on saturday, the old weathered 1.6 pinto engine is out. along with the propeller shaft and transmission unit.

now the boys at AMC will be arranging the wiring loom and labeling other miscellaneous parts for storage then in the next week or two the car should be at the body shop. more updates to come when that starts rolling.

nice to see that work has started, just the other day a cortina MK3, red body black roof passed by my hse, had to doa double take at it.

yeah finally after months of sitting under the shade leaking engine oil over my patio. haha! i will be going for the track day at sepang as a time keeper! will be following the AMC guys to help out since the putra isn't going to be setup in time nor can it be considered a classic car. and the tina is far from finished.
so i guess i'll see you there?
